Return policy:

All numbers are returnable with 30 days for a refund. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. You must call for a return authorization and instructions. Numbers returned without authorization will not be accepted. Letters are not refundable. Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee of 6% of the total order amount. If you have any questions about return policies or cancellation fees affecting an item please ask for a clarification at or before the time of order. Thanks!

Want to know for sure how they will look on your house? Try printing out the page showing the numbers you are interested in, then enlarge them to either 4 inches or 6 inches on a copy machine. Cut them out and  tape them to the side of your house. Good idea, isn't it?
